Origin Story

Green Leaves Lawn Services was founded in 2021 by Rene Ayala. To help his family financially because his family was going through a rough time financially. René would go on his bike to complete his first job. Eventually, his dad (Jose) would start helping him complete more jobs. He was eventually able to save for his first truck, a 2009 Ford Ranger. Since then, he has balanced his school life, his other job, and his dream of having his own landscaping company. René is currently a first-year student at James Madison University, where he hopes to obtain a bachelor's in international business. René’s hope is to be able to pay his college tuition while still being able to help his family financially.

René’s philosophy on customer service is to give his clients a job or service as he would want his project done. He believes a client's project should be done to the best of his and his crew's abilities so that his clients are happy. René’s isn't satisfied until his client is satisfied. Green Leaves Lawn Services' goal for you is to leave your project better than you could ever imagine. Go above your expectations.

Philanthropy

We are committed to giving back to our community every chance we get. From a young age, Rene contributed over 500 hours of community service to his church, community events, and school events. Whenever he finds the chance to help, he will go out of his way to help others. He is committed to contributing 3% of his income to a charity of his choice at the end of this year. This is an ongoing endeavor he will try to achieve.
